Director of Food & Beverage

Park Hyatt Dubai is hiring for the position of Director of Food & Beverage in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time opportunity for a senior-level professional to contribute to operational excellence, service quality and the organization’s business objectives. The role requires dependable execution, professional communication, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and other departments. Candidates should be comfortable working within established procedures while adapting to changing operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across restaurants, bars, banqueting, events and in-room dining.
• Set service, product and guest-experience standards aligned with luxury hospitality requirements.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, labour productivity, costs and departmental budgets.
• Lead, coach and develop F&B managers and teams and support succession planning.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Rooms, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and other functions.
• Use guest feedback and operating metrics to improve service quality and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, risk and company procedures.
• Develop commercial initiatives and operational improvements that support property-wide objectives.

Requirements

• Senior F&B leadership experience in luxury hospitality; strong operational, commercial and people leadership capability; relevant hospitality qualification preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
