Events Manager (Sales)

Park Hyatt is seeking a Events Manager (Sales) for its events sales / hospitality / banquet business operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead event and group sales activities while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop strategies to increase banquet and catering revenue, average spend and function-space utilization.
• Assess enquiries and event opportunities to ensure secured business fits commercial objectives and operational capacity.
• Monitor lead conversion, booking pace, production, pipeline and forecasts and take action where performance gaps arise.
• Ensure enquiries, proposals, quotations, presentations, contracts and sales agreements are handled accurately and professionally.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, wedding planners, agencies and key accounts.

Requirements

• Relevant events, group sales or hospitality sales-management experience
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / related field
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
