Park Hyatt is seeking a Sales Manager - CIS Market for its sales / cis market / hospitality operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business from CIS markets to maximize room, group and related revenue opportunities.
- Build relationships with key travel partners, agencies, tour operators, corporate accounts and market intermediaries.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans aligned with property revenue objectives.
- Monitor booking patterns, account production, market performance and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong knowledge of CIS travel trends, customer preferences, seasonality, air connectivity and destination developments.
- Work with Revenue Management to evaluate demand, pricing opportunities, account performance and business displacement.
- Relevant hotel sales experience with exposure to CIS markets or international leisure business
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / related field
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
