Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist

Provide consultant-level obstetric and gynaecological care with a strong focus on evidence-based clinical practice, patient safety and ethical professional standards. The position requires sound specialist judgement, accurate documentation and effective collaboration across the care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients across relevant obstetric and gynaecological presentations within scope of practice.
• Provide safe, effective clinical care while monitoring and managing risks associated with treatment.
• Maintain compliance with clinical governance, quality and regulatory standards.
• Keep comprehensive medical records and communicate clearly with patients and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Contribute to continuing professional development, clinical teaching and service quality improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Basic medical degree plus recognised specialty fellowship/diploma; UAE-recognised specialty registration; valid life support certification
• Experience: 3 - 5 years post-qualification experience at Consultant level
• Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
