Cluster Sales Manager – Leisure

Drive leisure-segment sales activity across the assigned hotel cluster by developing relationships, generating business opportunities and supporting revenue growth. The role requires a proactive commercial mindset, strong communication and the ability to build lasting partnerships with relevant travel and leisure accounts. This full-time opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leisure sales activities in line with hotel commercial objectives.
• Identify prospective accounts, markets and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel partners, agents and leisure accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations and market activities.
• Manage assigned accounts and maintain regular communication with decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• Relevant leadership experience in cluster sales manager - leisure or a comparable hotel, commercial or corporate role.
• Strong commercial awareness, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
