Chef de Partie – Arabic Cuisine

Park Hyatt is seeking a Chef de Partie - Arabic Cuisine for its culinary / arabic cuisine / hospitality operation in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned Arabic cuisine station and maintain smooth preparation and service during operating periods.
• Prepare authentic Arabic dishes consistently according to approved recipes, quality standards and presentation requirements.
• Organize mise en place, ingredients and equipment before service and adjust preparation according to expected business levels.
• Check ingredient freshness and quality and report concerns to the senior culinary team.
• Monitor portion sizes, cooking methods, presentation and consistency across every service.
• Guide junior kitchen colleagues and support an organized, productive and collaborative working environment.

Requirements

• Previous Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie experience in a hotel or large restaurant
• Relevant hospitality / culinary qualification preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
