CDP- Burger

Kitopi is hiring a Chef de Partie specializing in burgers to support its culinary operations in Dubai. The role focuses on preparing burgers, sandwiches, sauces and side items to established recipes while maintaining consistent taste, presentation, portion control and food safety. The successful candidate will independently manage the burger section during service, coordinate with senior chefs and help maintain an efficient, organized and quality-focused kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare burgers, sandwiches, sauces and side dishes according to brand recipes and standards.
• Manage the burger section independently during daily operations and peak service.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, presentation and portion sizes.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized and compliant with food-safety requirements.
• Monitor ingredient freshness, stock levels and basic inventory requirements.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Support and coach junior kitchen team members on preparation and portion-control practices.
• Monitor food waste and contribute to efficient and sustainable kitchen practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in burger or fast-food concepts.
• Previous CDP or Demi Chef experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of grilling, frying, burger assembly and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Strong communication, teamwork, hygiene awareness and attention to detail.
