Business Analyst – IT Projects

Transguard Group is hiring a Business Analyst – IT Projects to join its Information Communication and Technology team at the company headquarters in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone. The role connects business stakeholders with IT teams, translating operational needs into practical technology solutions. It combines business analysis, requirements management, process improvement, solution evaluation, implementation support, and user adoption to help ensure IT initiatives align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, priorities, and desired outcomes.
• Analyze and document complex business problems and recommend technology-enabled solutions.
• Prepare business and functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and related project documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk analysis for proposed solutions.
• Work with developers, business units, and external partners to ensure solutions meet requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Support system design, configuration, testing, implementation, and post-launch optimization.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and collect stakeholder feedback.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for new or enhanced systems.
• Track technology trends and share relevant business-analysis and IT insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Business analysis or IT environment experience and strong requirements-analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
