Bartender – Olivine – Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre

The Bartender at Olivine, Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre, is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining luxury-service standards. The position combines beverage knowledge, guest interaction, stock control and responsible service within a five-star hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standard procedures
• maintain bar stock at required par levels
• store products correctly
• follow Jumeirah food-hygiene requirements
• ensure orders are accurate and presented professionally
• engage guests and identify preferences
• handle feedback and complaints appropriately
• use suggestive selling and upselling techniques
• minimize waste
• and maintain a clean, organized bar throughout service.

Requirements

• Candidates should have relevant beverage-service experience, good communication skills and a guest-focused attitude. Knowledge of beverage preparation, hygiene standards, stock handling and hospitality service procedures is important. The ability to work efficiently during busy service periods is also required.
