Attendant – Laundry – Madinat Jumeirah

The Laundry Attendant supports the laundry operation at Madinat Jumeirah by handling guest garments, linen and uniforms carefully and efficiently. The role contributes directly to the resort’s presentation and service standards by ensuring items are correctly sorted, processed, checked and returned within required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and categorize guest clothing, linens and uniforms
• follow correct washing, drying, pressing and finishing procedures
• inspect items for stains, damage and quality
• maintain accurate handling of guest belongings
• keep laundry areas, machines and workstations clean
• follow health, safety and hygiene procedures
• coordinate with housekeeping and other departments on urgent or special requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should have a high school diploma or relevant certificate, 1–2 years of international hospitality experience, basic MS Office skills, good English or local-language communication, attention to detail and a dependable team-oriented approach.
