Description
The Associate Director – Project Delivery oversees multiple real-estate projects and delivery activities, ensuring that programmes, budgets, quality standards and project governance align with business objectives. The role works closely with project leads, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders, while providing clear reporting and leadership on risks, changes, authority requirements and delivery performance.

Strong project control and early escalation help protect delivery commitments and support a smooth transition to the teams responsible for operating the completed asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide project-management strategy and delivery activities with section heads and project leads.
- Oversee multiple projects and track progress, expenditure, quality, risks and completion against agreed objectives.
- Review change requests and coordinate their effects on cost, scope and schedule with relevant stakeholders.
- Support contractor mitigation, procurement, acceleration and resource plans when delivery schedules are at risk.
- Ensure authority and statutory requirements, technical standards and quality expectations are met.
- Consolidate management reports, support project handover and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction or a closely related area.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Approximately 12–15 years of relevant experience, including substantial senior project-leadership experience; developer experience is advantageous.
- Strong budget, programme, construction-management, risk and change-control capability.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI and Primavera is useful.
