Description
The Associate – Digital Assets supports research, analysis and delivery coordination for initiatives involving digital assets and emerging financial technologies. The role helps the team understand market developments, document requirements, coordinate proof-of-concept activity and evaluate customer or platform outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Research global developments in digital assets, blockchain, tokenisation and relevant fintech business models.
- Prepare market intelligence, competitor benchmarks, analysis and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Document business requirements, process flows, project tasks and proof-of-concept objectives.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables with technology, product, compliance and other participating teams.
- Support testing and user acceptance activities for digital asset or blockchain-related tools and platforms.
- Track platform metrics and customer feedback and help identify issues or improvement opportunities.
- Maintain clear project documentation and communicate progress, dependencies and findings.
Requirements and Qualifications
The role suits an analytical candidate interested in blockchain, digital assets and financial services innovation. Familiarity with concepts such as smart contracts and tokenisation is useful; project, wallet or platform exposure is an advantage. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly are important.
