Assistant Recreation Manager (UAE National) – Beach Operations- Jumeirah Saadiyat Island

The Assistant Recreation Manager – Beach Operations at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island supports the management of sports, leisure and beach facilities at the Abu Dhabi resort. The role combines team supervision, programme development, guest engagement, facility standards and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing, programming and facility operations
• supervise and train recreation colleagues
• respond to guest and member enquiries
• develop sports and leisure programmes and events
• monitor facility cleanliness and maintenance
• conduct health and safety inspections
• support budget planning and expense monitoring
• assist with revenue initiatives
• contribute to marketing and participation campaigns
• and implement corrective actions when standards are not met.

Requirements

• This position is for UAE Nationals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in sports management or a related field and 3–5 years of recreation or leisure operations experience within luxury hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, organization and guest-service skills are required.
