Description
The AI Portfolio & Governance Manager supports portfolio controls across AI use cases, pilots and products. The role uses ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management to maintain a reliable view of demand, funding, project progress and governance evidence. It connects the AI Centre of Excellence, product managers and delivery teams so that initiatives remain aligned with strategy, responsible-AI principles and agreed approval requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain AI portfolio data, classifications and workflows in ServiceNow SPM.
- Review incoming demands for complete business-case evidence and apply established screening and prioritisation criteria.
- Track approvals, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, changes and funding information.
- Prepare audit-ready documents, status dashboards, portfolio-health reports and governance-forum materials.
- Monitor project closure, acceptance sign-offs, business-case delivery and benefits tracking.
- Coordinate with AI, product, PMO, security and business stakeholders to keep portfolio information accurate.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Around 1–3 years in IT PMO, portfolio management or delivery governance within a multi-project organisation.
- Hands-on ServiceNow SPM knowledge, including Demand, Project, Funding and Cost modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Understanding of governance gates, business-case validation, RAID management and AI use cases.
- MoP, PfMP, PMP, PRINCE2 or ServiceNow SPM certification is advantageous.
