The Therapist at Talise Spa, Madinat Jumeirah Resort, provides professional wellness treatments while ensuring every guest receives a safe, personalized and relaxing experience. The position requires strong treatment knowledge, product awareness and the ability to follow professional spa protocols within a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with guests to understand treatment needs and recommend suitable services
- deliver approved therapies according to professional standards
- explain products and treatment procedures clearly
- maintain treatment rooms and equipment
- follow hygiene, safety and sanitation requirements
- protect guest privacy and comfort
- record relevant treatment information
- promote suitable spa products and services where appropriate
- and contribute to a calm, welcoming wellness environment.
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least two years of spa-therapist experience, preferably with an international luxury hospitality company, a nationally recognized professional health-therapy qualification, intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills, cultural awareness and a respectful, guest-focused approach.
