Supervise housekeeping operations and help maintain consistently high cleanliness standards across guest-facing areas. The role works closely with the Housekeeping Manager, leads by example and responds proactively to operational issues while keeping guest satisfaction at the center of daily activities. This full-time opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping colleagues and coordinate daily departmental activities.
• Inspect rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to maintain smooth operations.
• Identify service issues and take prompt corrective action.
• Support staff allocation, task distribution and shift coordination.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and other hotel departments.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in housekeeping_ housekeeping supervisor or a comparable role.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
