Accommodation Cleaner

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across employee accommodation facilities, including common areas and recreation spaces. The position also requires prompt reporting of repair and maintenance requirements and professional communication when associates raise accommodation-related concerns. This full-time opportunity is based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize accommodation common areas according to established checklists.
• Maintain hygiene standards in recreation rooms and shared facilities.
• Carry out daily, weekly and periodic cleaning activities as scheduled.
• Identify repair and maintenance requirements and report them promptly.
• Follow up on outstanding maintenance concerns when required.
• Handle accommodation-related complaints professionally and escalate them to Human Resources.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in accommodation cleaner or a comparable role.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
