Atlantis The Royal is looking for a Waiter at the Royal Tea Room. The role provides hands-on support to the restaurant team and helps deliver attentive, courteous service to guests. The waiter should understand the complete food and beverage menu, stay informed about promotions and maintain the consistency of items served, while ensuring that guests receive a polished dining experience.

The Royal Tea Room requires a professional approach and a strong awareness of the details that shape a guest’s visit. The waiter will coordinate with colleagues, respond to guest requests and raise serious complaints or product-quality concerns with management so that issues can be addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Assist colleagues in maintaining high standards of dining service and courtesy.
• Develop working knowledge of the full food and beverage menu.
• Stay informed about promotions and communicate relevant offers to guests.
• Monitor food and beverage consistency and report quality concerns.
• Respond to guest questions and coordinate requests with the service team.
• Escalate major complaints or service problems to restaurant management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• A proven background in a fine-dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to manage several tasks and work confidently with diverse guests.
