Waiter

Atlantis The Royal is recruiting a Waiter for Carbone. The position supports the restaurant team in providing attentive fine-dining service and ensuring that guests receive courteous, consistent assistance. The waiter will help colleagues during service, maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions, and pay close attention to the quality and consistency of food and beverages delivered to the table.

The role requires a hospitality professional who is comfortable working with a diverse clientele and can manage several requests while maintaining a calm, welcoming manner. Guest feedback and product quality should be taken seriously, with significant concerns shared with the restaurant management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous service throughout the guest dining experience.
• Support colleagues in maintaining the restaurant’s fine-dining service standards.
• Maintain familiarity with the complete food and beverage menu.
• Keep informed about current promotions and explain relevant options to guests.
• Monitor the consistency of food and beverage items being served.
• Coordinate guest requests with kitchen and service colleagues.
• Escalate major complaints or quality issues to management promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• A proven track record in a fine-dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
