Atlantis The Royal is seeking a Hostess for Nobu by the Beach, where the role is central to creating a warm and organised arrival experience. As the first point of contact, the hostess welcomes guests, communicates waiting times, manages the waiting list and guides guests to their tables. The position requires a polished manner, confident communication and the ability to work smoothly with the restaurant service team.

The restaurant operates in a luxury dining environment with a diverse international clientele. The hostess should make each interaction feel natural and welcoming rather than scripted, while keeping guest flow organised during busy periods. A strong understanding of guest service and professional presentation will help create a positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and create a friendly first impression.
• Explain expected waiting times and manage the waiting list accurately.
• Coordinate table allocation and escort guests to their assigned tables.
• Communicate guest requests and seating information to restaurant colleagues.
• Maintain a professional and engaging manner throughout the guest journey.
• Work closely with the dining and bar teams during busy service periods.
• Assist with smooth arrivals and departures while maintaining front-of-house standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• International exposure in a similar role or around two years in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and a guest-focused approach.
• Professional presentation and confidence when interacting with varied clientele.
