Atlantis The Royal is looking for a Head Waiter for Nobu by the Beach. The role supports the delivery of attentive fine-dining service and helps the restaurant team maintain a polished, consistent guest experience. The Head Waiter welcomes guests as they are seated, builds a professional rapport and provides hands-on support to colleagues during service.

The position suits a hospitality professional who is confident in a busy restaurant and understands the importance of menu knowledge, service consistency and clear communication. The successful candidate will be comfortable advising guests and colleagues on food and beverage choices and raising significant service concerns with management.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they are seated and establish a friendly, professional rapport.
• Support colleagues in delivering courteous and consistent fine-dining service.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the complete food and beverage menu.
• Stay informed about restaurant promotions and communicate relevant information to guests.
• Provide helpful menu guidance to guests and fellow team members.
• Monitor the consistency and presentation of food and beverages being served.
• Escalate major guest complaints or product-quality concerns to restaurant management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• A proven background in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Confidence in handling different guest profiles and managing multiple tasks.
