Duty Manager – Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, Abu Dhabi

The Duty Manager supports the day-to-day operation of the hospital by coordinating service delivery, responding to operational issues and helping departments maintain a safe, professional and patient-focused environment. The role requires sound judgement, calm communication and the ability to work across clinical and non-clinical teams. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

• A relevant degree, diploma or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, hospitality, business operations or a related field is appropriate.
• Previous experience in service operations, hospital administration or a similar role is valuable.
