Act as a central guest-service contact by receiving requests and coordinating prompt solutions across hotel departments. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and record guest requests through approved communication channels.
• Coordinate requests with housekeeping, engineering, front office and other departments.
• Follow up on requests to confirm completion and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Prioritize urgent requests and escalate issues according to procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, requests and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in one touch service agent or a comparable role.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
