General Manager, Dubai Mall Online
Own the vision, strategy, execution and P&L for Dubai Mall Online and lead the build-out of a large-scale digital retail platform. Direct Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Marketing and Customer Experience functions; grow and onboard retailers; establish scalable fulfilment and logistics models; improve the end-to-end customer journey; build the organisation; and maintain strong governance across noon and Dubai Mall stakeholders. This opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is offered by noon.Job Requirements
- 12–15+ years across ecommerce, digital platforms, consumer technology, retail or high-growth businesses, or equivalent top-tier management consulting experience.
- Strong commercial judgement, large-team leadership, platform/business scaling experience, analytical ability and hands-on execution capability are required.
