Restaurant Supervisor

Kitopi is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor in Dubai to oversee assigned shifts and support smooth front-of-house operations. The supervisor will lead and guide restaurant staff, monitor service quality, handle guest concerns and coordinate with kitchen and other departments. The role also includes shift reporting, staff allocation, stock support, POS and cash-handling activities when required, as well as assisting the Restaurant Manager with sales, productivity and cost-control objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations and maintain smooth service during assigned shifts.
• Guide and motivate team members to deliver positive guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, service procedures and company standards.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Allocate staff responsibilities and maintain appropriate floor coverage.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, punctuality and staff performance.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for timely service.
• Assist with POS, cash handling, opening/closing and shift reporting as required.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in restaurant, café or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong front-of-house and restaurant-operations knowledge.
• Excellent communication and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, health and safety and POS operations.
• Customer-focused, adaptable and flexible for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
