Restaurant Manager

Kitopi is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Dubai to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead teams and maintain high standards of service and guest experience. The role combines people leadership with commercial and operational responsibilities, including sales, costs, wastage, scheduling, inventory and service quality. The manager will coordinate with kitchen, supply-chain and central operations teams while ensuring company procedures, food-safety requirements and service standards are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service.
• Lead, coach and motivate restaurant employees.
• Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, service and guest experience.
• Monitor sales, costs, wastage and profitability.
• Drive sales through team management, upselling, promotions and customer engagement.
• Manage staffing, attendance, scheduling, performance and manpower needs.
• Conduct briefings and support employee training and development.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement and wastage.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with relevant support functions.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of restaurant, café or hospitality experience with significant managerial experience.
• Burger/QSR experience is an added advantage.
• Strong restaurant operations and front-of-house knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, health and safety and POS systems; flexible for shifts and weekends.
