Kitchen Manager – International Cuisine

Kitopi is hiring a Kitchen Manager – International Cuisine in Dubai to lead kitchen performance, profitability and operational standards. The position is responsible for maintaining quality, speed and accuracy while coordinating people, processes and resources. The Kitchen Manager works with management to establish business objectives, monitor performance, enforce SOPs and support recruitment, training and employee development. The role is suited to an experienced operations and culinary leader with strong knowledge of food legislation, quality standards and fast-food or delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and oversee achievement of kitchen business and operational objectives.
• Ensure kitchen operations meet required standards for quality, speed and accuracy.
• Assign tasks, maintain accountability and enforce SOPs and operating processes.
• Manage kitchen sales and profit targets.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are followed.
• Monitor productivity and staff costs.
• Maintain compliance with local municipality codes and workplace requirements.
• Support new initiatives and expansion plans.
• Coach the team and support recruitment, training, retention and engagement.
• Oversee employee growth and maintain effective relationships between managers and team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations and culinary management.
• Strong knowledge of food legislation, codes of practice, quality and health-and-safety standards.
• Restaurant and kitchen management experience.
• Strong background in fast-food and delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
