Chef De Partie – Pizza

Kitopi is seeking a Chef de Partie – Pizza to support professional kitchen operations in Dubai. The position is centered on pizza production, including dough preparation, portioning, proofing, stretching, topping and baking. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining product consistency, following production schedules and meeting food-safety standards in a fast-paced environment. This role also supports junior kitchen colleagues and helps maintain an organized, efficient pizza station.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, proof, stretch and hand-toss pizza dough according to established standards.
• Prepare pizza bases, sauces, toppings and other required ingredients.
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in dough quality, taste, portioning and presentation.
• Follow production schedules and help minimize food waste.
• Maintain HACCP, hygiene and food-safety standards throughout preparation and service.
• Keep the pizza station clean, organized and service-ready.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs when required during busy operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in pizza production.
• Strong practical experience with hand-tossed pizza and dough preparation.
• Good knowledge of fermentation, proofing, stretching and baking techniques.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant, commissary or central kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet production targets and maintain product consistency.
