Support financial control and reporting activities across the Northern Africa region, ensuring reliable management information, disciplined financial processes and effective collaboration with hotel and regional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regional financial reporting and management information processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Review financial performance and identify significant variances or trends.
• Maintain effective internal controls and compliance with financial procedures.
• Coordinate with hotel finance teams and regional stakeholders.
• Support audit processes and resolution of financial findings.

Requirements

• Relevant leadership experience in regional financial controller northern africa or a comparable hotel, commercial or corporate role.
• Strong accounting, reporting, analytical and financial-control skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
