SUPERVISOR

Job Overview

DP World is seeking a Supervisor in Dubai to coordinate daily operations, manage workforce deployment and ensure services are delivered in line with client expectations, company procedures and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities and allocate duties to team members.
• Monitor attendance, shifts, deployment, productivity and discipline.
• Ensure adequate manpower coverage and arrange replacements when necessary.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate attendance, incident, leave and deployment records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and operational procedures.
• Support team performance, communication and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant supervisory or operational experience.
• Good leadership, communication and workforce coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing operational priorities.
• Working knowledge of HSE and quality procedures.
