Senior Joinery Estimator

BW Interiors is recruiting a Senior Joinery Estimator for its estimating and joinery team in Dubai. The role is suitable for an experienced fit-out professional who can interpret drawings, calculate quantities, assess material pricing, and prepare cost estimates that support competitive and commercially sound tender submissions.

Position Overview

The estimator will review project requirements and develop reliable cost information for joinery and interior fit-out work. The position requires analytical thinking, familiarity with construction documentation, and the ability to coordinate pricing and technical details within project deadlines. This full-time role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Pay information: AED 10,000–16,000 per month (estimated). Main Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for joinery packages and interior fit-out projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, schedules, and other project information.
• Evaluate material, labour, and related project costs using current pricing information.
• Prepare tender estimates and support bid submissions with clear cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with with suppliers and internal teams to clarify specifications and pricing details.
• Examine estimate assumptions, identify cost risks, and organise documentation for commercial review.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least five years of applicable experience is a requirement, preferably within the UAE.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field is estimated.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of joinery estimation, quantity take-offs, material pricing, tender preparation, and cost management.
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate estimates within project deadlines.
