Head of Technology Transformation & Portfolio Management

This senior technology leadership position provides strategic direction across transformation, portfolio management, PM governance and delivery. The role connects technology investment with business priorities while strengthening governance, delivery capability, workforce planning and measurable benefits. The successful candidate will contribute to dependable banking operations, protect service quality and help the business achieve its objectives while maintaining appropriate controls. This is a full-time opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology transformation roadmap and operating-model improvements.
• Oversee portfolio prioritization, governance, delivery, investment and benefits realization.
• Lead PM governance, assurance, executive reporting and delivery performance management.
• Develop workforce capacity plans and UAE-national capability and succession pathways.
• Partner with business, risk, finance, audit, procurement and technology leaders on strategic outcomes.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in technology transformation and enterprise portfolio management.
• Expertise in PMO governance, investment prioritization and benefits realization.
• Strong Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery knowledge.
• Experience in workforce planning, risk management and executive stakeholder engagement.
• UAE National eligibility is required.
