Digital Global Product Owner

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a Digital Global Product Owner in Abu Dhabi to guide the direction and delivery of digital product capabilities. The role connects customer needs and business priorities with a practical product roadmap, ensuring cross-functional teams focus on valuable features and reliable releases. It requires structured decision-making, clear communication and the ability to balance user experience with technology, risk and operational considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a product vision, goals and roadmap that align with customer needs and wider business priorities.
• Gather input from users, business teams, data and support functions to identify opportunities and shape product improvements.
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, preparing clear requirements and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Work closely with design, engineering, testing, operations and risk colleagues through discovery, development and release.
• Track product performance and adoption using agreed measures, feedback and operational signals.
• Coordinate releases, resolve prioritisation questions and communicate changes, dependencies and decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bring experience in digital product ownership, product management, business analysis or technology delivery.
• Understand agile delivery practices and how to translate business needs into clear and testable requirements.
• Demonstrate customer empathy, prioritisation skills and confidence coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Use sound judgement, keep records accurate and follow relevant policies, confidentiality expectations and internal controls.
• Relevant education, technical training or equivalent practical experience in the field is beneficial; any mandatory credential should be confirmed before applying.
