About the Role

dnata connects people across 130+ airports in 34 countries through ground handling, cargo, travel, and catering & retail services. We're hiring a Manager, Data & Analytics for our Catering & Retail division, based full-time in Dubai, to lead the data, analytics, AI, and innovation agenda across the business.

You'll partner with business and corporate stakeholders to build strategic data roadmaps, drive innovation, and deliver trusted insights and analytics that create measurable business value.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and lead the Data, Analytics, AI and Innovation roadmap, partnering with Enterprise Data & Analytics and IT teams to build robust platforms, automated pipelines, and effective data governance
• Work with business leadership to identify priority analytics and AI initiatives, shaping the analytics agenda and driving adoption across the organisation
• Lead the Business Intelligence function, delivering dashboards, reports, and visualisations that support data-driven decisions
• Track and optimise the performance of data and analytics initiatives, setting KPIs and enabling self-service analytics across the business
• Direct market and competitive intelligence research to strengthen decision-making and maintain a competitive edge
• Build enterprise analytics and AI governance frameworks, turning programmes into measurable portfolios with clear ROI and business value metrics
• Lead the Operations Research and Advanced Analytics capability, overseeing predictive models, machine learning, and optimisation tools that improve business performance

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's degree or Honours in a relevant discipline
• 10+ years of experience in a relevant industry, including significant time in a managerial role
• Experience in business analysis, business partnership, and performance management
• A track record of leading BI teams and applying advanced analytical approaches, including Operations Research
• Strong knowledge of economics, accounting, statistics, and research methodology

Nice to have: experience in airlines or aviation, hands-on knowledge of applying AI solutions to business problems, and a track record of building Centres of Excellence for data and analytics.
