Your Role: What You’ll Do

  • Customer Engagement: Contact pre-identified customers to promote and sell ADCB products professionally and persuasively.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to foster long-term relationships and differentiate ADCB in a competitive market.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all customer details are accurately updated and maintained in the database.
  • Lead Conversion: Generate quality leads that result in profitable business and provide reliable customer references.
  • Compliance & Standards: Follow all policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure high-quality, consistent output.
  • Personal Effectiveness: Manage time, tasks, and targets efficiently while contributing to the team’s overall performance and success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years in sales or telesales, preferably in banking, financial services, or call center environments.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong analytical thinking and deadline management
    • Basic proficiency in MS Office and good numeracy
    • Team player with a growth mindset and a desire to excel
