Qatar Duty Free is recruiting Food and Beverage Service Assistants for its restaurant operations at Hamad International Airport in Doha. The role supports restaurant teams in delivering attentive service, maintaining a clean and organised dining area and helping guests enjoy a smooth experience. Key Responsibilities
- Support the restaurant team with day-to-day service preparation and operational tasks.
- Help keep dining areas, service stations and equipment clean, organised and ready for guests.
- Assist colleagues in responding to guest requests and maintaining a friendly service environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
- Observe hygiene and food-safety requirements and report spills, hazards or service issues promptly.
- Help maintain the restaurant’s presentation and contribute to service efficiency during busy periods.
Requirements
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.
- For entry-level roles, English communication skills are expected; prior job-related experience is not required.
- Candidates should be willing to learn restaurant procedures, work as part of a team and follow hygiene rules.
- A helpful attitude, reliability and clear communication are valuable for guest-facing work.
