Centrepoint Business Manager

Job Overview

Landmark Group is hiring a Centrepoint Business Manager in Dubai. The role is responsible for driving overall Centrepoint sales across four concepts while controlling costs and maintaining high standards of commercial performance, operations, people management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a strong store environment and maintain concept standards to improve the customer experience.
• Lead by example and ensure consistent service across channels.
• Grow the Shukran loyalty database and maximise sales opportunities.
• Understand customer profiles, local trading conditions and market trends.
• Manage manpower deployment to provide operational and customer-service coverage.
• Handle customer feedback and recovery, and monitor NPS and mystery shopping performance.
• Drive sales targets across concepts and analyse business reports to identify actions.
• Maximise average transaction value, units per transaction and conversion.
• Control shrinkage, manage inventory and monitor controllable expenses.
• Execute promotions, events and campaigns and review competitive activity.
• Set goals, conduct performance reviews, coach employees and maintain development plans.
• Ensure product, customer-service, SOP, health and safety and labour-law requirements are followed.
• Maintain visual merchandising, audit readiness and retail system compliance.

Requirements

• 4-5 years in a retail or customer management role.
• Graduate or high school with diploma.
• Fluent English; Arabic capability is relevant for certain GCC markets.
• Basic MS Office and experience with retail ERP, POS, inventory systems and retail applications.
• Strong communication, coaching, people-management and commercial skills.

Candidate Profile & Role Expectations

The position combines commercial leadership with customer experience, operations and people management. The business manager is expected to translate sales and customer data into actions while maintaining store standards, managing inventory and developing the team. The role also requires close attention to audit, health and safety, labour compliance and visual merchandising requirements, making it suitable for an experienced retail leader who can manage multiple priorities.
