Your Role: What You’ll Do

• Client Engagement: Proactively call customers to cross-sell ADCB products and support customer retention initiatives in alignment with monthly sales targets.
• Sales Performance: Contribute to business growth by understanding client needs and promoting suitable banking solutions and services.
• Service Excellence: Deliver consistent and high-quality customer service that reflects ADCB’s brand promise and commitment to excellence.
• Policy Compliance: Follow all organizational policies, processes, and procedures to ensure efficient and standardized service delivery.
• Self-Management: Uphold the Bank’s professional standards and actively contribute to a culture of performance, accountability, and development.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of banking experience, ideally in customer service, telesales, or product promotion roles.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
