Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen

Take responsibility for an assigned hot-kitchen section and deliver consistent food quality across à la carte, buffet and function services. The role requires strong knowledge of hot-kitchen methods, temperature control, timing and presentation while maintaining organized mise en place and safe food-handling practices. This full-time opportunity is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the assigned hot-kitchen section during service.
• Prepare and organize mise en place based on menus, forecasts and service requirements.
• Apply appropriate cooking methods, temperature control and finishing techniques.
• Maintain consistent presentation, portioning and quality during high-volume service.
• Follow HACCP, food-safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate timing with other kitchen sections and senior chefs.

Requirements

• Relevant professional kitchen experience and practical knowledge of the assigned section.
• Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, sanitation and HACCP requirements.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
