Manager – Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a capable and motivated professional for the Manager - Quantity Surveyor position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will contribute to smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high standards, and work closely with relevant teams to achieve business and service objectives. Key Responsibilities

Lead or support project delivery with strong control over scope, cost, schedule, quality, contracts, procurement, and stakeholder coordination. Review requirements, plans, estimates, documentation, and progress information to identify risks and opportunities. Work with consultants, contractors, finance, procurement, legal, and operational teams to keep projects aligned with approved objectives. Prepare reports, forecasts, cost analysis, project updates, and recommendations for management. Ensure work is properly documented and completed in accordance with agreed specifications, commercial terms, safety requirements, and governance procedures. Support value improvement and timely resolution of project issues.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is preferred, with strong project experience for management roles.
• Cost planning, project controls, contracts, procurement, budgeting, reporting, stakeholder management are important for success in this role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
