Job Overview

Al Majid Group is recruiting for the Construction Manager Fit-out & Joinery position in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity supports the group’s fit-out, joinery, construction or technical operations and is suited to a professional with relevant industry experience. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate effectively with internal teams, project stakeholders, suppliers and site personnel while maintaining quality, safety, programme and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, resources, productivity and sequencing.
• Coordinate project execution with engineering, procurement and factory operations.
• Monitor progress, quality, cost, safety and site performance.
• Resolve construction constraints and coordinate recovery actions.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Lead inspections, snagging, handover and close-out activities.
• Report project status, risks and resource requirements to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or construction management.
• Significant construction-management experience in fit-out and joinery.
• Strong leadership, planning and project-delivery skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices, safety and quality requirements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be organized, technically capable and comfortable working in a project-driven environment. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards. UAE or GCC construction experience may be advantageous depending on the role.
