Description
The Associate Director – Transformation Programmes leads complex transformation across technology, operations, process and change management. The position is accountable for turning strategic intent into implemented outcomes, coordinating business teams and delivery partners, and ensuring new operating models are ready for use. Success depends on disciplined programme governance, commercial control, stakeholder leadership and sustained benefits after go-live.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation programmes, from definition and governance through go-live and stabilisation.
- Coordinate integrated enterprise-system and technology delivery, including data-management and analytics capabilities.
- Define operating concepts, transition plans and readiness activities so teams can run transformed services confidently.
- Manage vendors and cross-functional contributors, tracking dependencies, performance, risks and delivery commitments.
- Oversee programme business cases, budgets, benefits and commercial performance, escalating material risks early.
- Lead outsourcing or service-transition workstreams where applicable, including knowledge transfer, ramp-up and continuity planning.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 15+ years leading large transformation programmes across technology, operations and business change.
- Experience delivering integrated enterprise technology in complex, operationally intensive environments.
- Exposure to customer experience, master data, analytics, M&A or business integration programmes is valuable.
- Strong programme governance, financial management and operational-readiness expertise.
- Experience with emerging technologies, including AI, is an advantage.
