Commercial Development Intern

Nestlé UAE is offering a one-month internship for a motivated recent graduate to support the Commercial Development Team within the Confectionery business. The intern will gain practical exposure to day-to-day commercial activities, market conditions and category development. This role is suited to an organized learner who enjoys understanding shopper behaviour, observing products in stores, preparing clear reports and supporting projects in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional team focused on consistent service, quality and operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial development activities and assist the team with routine tasks connected to confectionery category priorities.
• Visit markets and retail outlets to observe product availability, shelf presentation, pricing, promotions and competitor activity.
• Collect market information and summarize useful findings to support category decisions and business recommendations.
• Help prepare presentations, reports and updates for internal discussions and project reviews.
• Follow up on agreed actions with colleagues and help keep project activities on schedule.
• Contribute ideas and assist with ongoing category development work while learning how commercial plans are executed in the market.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Applicants should be recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and readiness to take initiative are important.
• Strong organization and communication skills are needed to manage research, reporting and follow-up tasks.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is expected.
• Candidates should be able to manage several tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
