Commercial Development Intern (Nutrition & Health)

Nestlé is seeking a full-time Commercial Development and Marketing Intern for its Nutrition & Health team in Dubai. This three-month internship, which may be extended, is designed for a recent graduate with a healthcare or life-sciences background who wants to explore commercial development, marketing, e-commerce and market research. The intern will combine field observations with office-based analysis to learn how the vitamins, minerals, supplements and wellness categories are managed in a consumer-focused business. The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional team focused on consistent service, quality and operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and pharmacy visits to gather information about category presence, shopper activity, product assortment and market developments.
• Track products, prices, promotions, packaging, new launches and competitor activity, maintaining clear files and category landscape updates.
• Review online and e-commerce listings to understand digital product presence, pricing, promotions and the quality of product content.
• Support marketing and e-commerce initiatives for relevant nutrition and wellness brands, coordinating content and production requirements with agencies.
• Help prepare marketing materials and respond to distributor requests with support from internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify a useful trend, opportunity or process improvement and develop an intern-led project during the assignment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Applicants should be recent graduates in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Medicine, Life Sciences or a related healthcare discipline.
• A genuine interest in nutrition and health, marketing and commercial development is important.
• Candidates should be curious, proactive and comfortable conducting market and pharmacy visits.
• Good Microsoft Excel knowledge, clear communication and a willingness to learn are required.
• A valid UAE driving licence and availability for a full-time internship are required.
