Male Cleaner

The Cleaner helps maintain a clean, hygienic and orderly environment in assigned facilities. Duties may cover indoor and outdoor areas, shared spaces, floors, washrooms and other designated sections. The role requires consistent attention to hygiene standards, responsible use of cleaning products and equipment, and the ability to work reliably while following site routines and safety instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean floors, corridors, shared spaces and other designated areas according to the daily schedule.
• Clean and sanitise washrooms and replenish supplies where required.
• Collect waste and dispose of it using the approved procedures.
• Use cleaning tools and products correctly and store them safely after use.
• Identify spills, damage, maintenance concerns or shortages and report them promptly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and keep storage areas tidy.
• Follow hygiene, safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Respond to reasonable cleaning requests from supervisors and assist with periodic deep-cleaning tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Two to three years of cleaning experience is indicated for this type of role.
• Basic understanding of English and Hindi.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and safe-use instructions.
• Reliability, physical stamina and attention to hygiene.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.

Skills and Competencies

The position calls for consistency, punctuality, care with cleaning chemicals, attention to detail and a cooperative attitude. Candidates should be comfortable working independently on assigned tasks and reporting any hazards or supply needs without delay.
