Description
The Senior Accountant oversees financial operations and reporting for Khansaheb Lifestyle LLC and Dynamic Advanced Training LLC, with particular attention to branch-level profit and loss accounts and cost analysis across food and beverage and fitness-centre operations. The position supports sound management decisions by ensuring transactions are recorded accurately, financial controls are maintained and reporting is delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare branch-wise profit and loss statements and supporting cost analysis for the relevant business segments.
- Record, verify and review sales, cost bookings and other financial transactions.
- Prepare regular financial reports and explain material variances to management.
- Maintain accounting records and follow established financial policies and procedures.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of operational costs.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain complete documentation.
- Assist with audit preparation, reconciliations and compliance-related reporting.
- Handle ad hoc finance tasks and provide clear financial information for business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant status is specified for the role.
- More than ten years of post-qualification experience.
- At least three to four years independently running a company finance and accounting function.
- Experience in engineering, construction, real estate, lifestyle or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills and experience working in an ERP environment.
- Experience with payroll, banking arrangements, audit preparation and financial controls.
Skills and Competencies
The role requires strong financial analysis, reporting, accuracy, business judgement and leadership. Good communication, attention to detail and the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines are important when working with senior management and other finance teams.
