Female Cleaner

The Female Cleaner helps maintain a clean, hygienic and orderly environment in the assigned facility. The role includes routine cleaning of designated rooms and shared areas, sanitising washrooms where assigned, replenishing supplies and following the site cleaning schedule. Consistent attention to detail, safe handling of cleaning products and respect for site procedures are important to maintaining a pleasant and safe environment for occupants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean floors, corridors, rooms and shared spaces according to the approved schedule.
• Clean and sanitise assigned washrooms and replenish consumables when needed.
• Collect and dispose of waste using the designated procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and products correctly and store them safely after use.
• Check assigned areas for spills, damage, low supplies or maintenance concerns and report them.
• Keep cleaning tools and storage areas tidy and in serviceable condition.
• Follow hygiene requirements, safe working instructions and personal protective equipment rules.
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning and other reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant cleaning or housekeeping experience is useful.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleaning schedules.
• Awareness of hygiene standards and safe use of cleaning materials.
• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors.

Skills and Competencies

The role needs consistency, care, physical stamina appropriate to the assigned duties and a practical approach to maintaining hygiene. Candidates should communicate supply needs or safety concerns promptly and complete tasks to the required standard.
