Centrepoint Business Manager

Landmark Group is hiring a Centrepoint Business Manager to drive store sales and operational performance across Centrepoint concepts. The role combines customer experience, commercial management, people leadership, inventory control and store standards. The manager is expected to create a strong customer-first environment, improve sales and conversion, control costs and develop store teams while ensuring compliance with company procedures and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall Centrepoint sales in collaboration with supervisors across the store's concepts.
• Create a customer-focused environment and maintain concept, layout and merchandising standards.
• Lead by example to deliver consistent customer service and respond effectively to escalations.
• Track customer feedback, NPS and mystery-shopping results and implement corrective actions.
• Work with concept teams to exceed sales targets and improve average transaction value, units per transaction and conversion.
• Manage controllable costs, shrinkage, inventory and stock-loss action plans.
• Execute promotions, events and concept campaigns and provide performance feedback.
• Analyze competition, customer profiles, catchment information and merchandise issues.
• Deploy staff effectively, set goals, conduct reviews and provide coaching and development feedback.
• Maintain succession plans and ensure staff are trained on products, service and SOPs.
• Ensure store audits, goods receiving, health and safety, security and retail-system procedures are followed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4-5 years of retail or customer-management experience.
• Graduate or high-school qualification with diploma.
• Fluent English; Arabic capability may be relevant for KSA/Oman markets.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, retail ERP, POS, inventory systems and retail applications.
• Strong customer-service, sales, communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to work with and influence stakeholders at different levels.
