ASSOCIATE CATH LAB TECHNOLOGIST – Al Hasa

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is recruiting an Associate Cath Lab Technologist for its Al Hasa operation. The position supports interventional cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures and uses advanced fluoroscopy and hemodynamic technologies to assist with the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions. The successful candidate will contribute to safe procedure-room operations, equipment management, imaging, physiological assessment and patient-focused cardiac care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist interventional cardiologists during diagnostic and coronary interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
• Operate and maintain fluoroscopy and hemodynamic equipment according to established procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform or support physiological assessments and advanced imaging modalities including FFR, IFR, IVUS and OCT.
• Apply knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Scrub and circulate for diagnostic and coronary interventions, electrophysiology studies and structural heart procedures.
• Interrogate implantable cardiac devices including PPM, ICD and CRT-D systems and adjust parameters when clinically indicated and authorized.
• Operate or assist with mechanical circulatory support devices such as IABP and ECMO according to competency and departmental procedures.
• Support quality-control activities and contribute to organizational KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate procedural documentation and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses and other clinical staff.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor of Science degree in Invasive Cardiovascular Technology or a related health science discipline.
• Registration as a Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through CCI or another recognized credentialing body.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications for healthcare workers.
• Zero to two years of experience in an adult cardiac catheterization laboratory.
• Advanced English and basic Arabic language capability.
• Strong clinical assessment, patient documentation and patient-care skills.
