Senior Group Strategic Investments Manager

Support analysis and investor relations for the organisation’s listed equity and debt instruments. The role evaluates market movements and investor expectations, prepares timely internal analysis and external-facing materials, and coordinates with finance and investor-relations stakeholders to support informed capital-market engagement. This full-time opportunity is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with duties and stakeholder interfaces shaped by the assigned function and asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor financial results, peer developments, market trends and stakeholder expectations affecting listed equity and debt instruments.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports for internal stakeholders on price movements, performance drivers and market context.
• Maintain communication with equity and fixed-income representatives from brokerages and the investor community.
• Draft or update investor-relations materials for internal and external meetings, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
• Record investor feedback and support investor targeting, marketing and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with listed subsidiaries, service providers, consultants, investors, analysts, rating agencies and regulators as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in investor relations, finance, investment banking, advisory, equity research or credit research.
• Experience in industries where the group operates is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English, analytical and communication skills are required; Arabic and relevant CFA, MBA, CA or investor-relations certification are advantages.
